Fuel procurement for the needs of the Vidzeme Planning Region

Summary

The tender covers the purchase of unleaded 95E and 98E petrol and seasonally appropriate diesel fuel at the bidder’s service stations for the needs of the Vidzeme Planning Region. The estimated 24-month quantities are 3,500 litres of 95E petrol, 200 litres of 98E petrol and 12,000 litres of diesel; the contract ceiling is EUR 40,000 excluding VAT. The contract is planned for 18 January 2027 to 17 January 2029 and may be extended if the contract ceiling has not been reached, but not for more than four years from contract signing. The procurement is not divided into lots and variant tenders are not allowed. The successful tender will be selected from compliant tenders on the basis of the lowest total price. The bidder must provide service stations where fuel can be purchased using fuel cards 24 hours a day and must issue the fuel cards free of charge. The tender must be submitted electronically through the Latvian procurement system; the submission deadline is 24 September 2026.
