Medical gloves, surgical gowns, operating theatre linen and footwear

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of medical gloves, surgical gowns, operating theatre linen, operating theatre footwear, caps, shoe covers and other operating-room supplies in 17 lots. Tenders may be submitted for the whole procurement or selected lots, but lots 2, 4 and 5 must be offered in full and will be awarded to a single supplier. The tender document provides for a 24-calendar-month contract, with delivery to SIA “Rīgas Dzemdību nams” in Riga. The tender and required samples must be submitted by 08:00 on 1 October 2026. For each lot, the winner will be selected on the basis of the lowest price, provided that the bidder meets the qualification, exclusion and technical requirements. The bidder must provide registration evidence, proof of distribution authorisation, technical product descriptions, CE conformity documents, the required samples, and separate technical and financial tenders.
