Renewal of television lighting equipment and accessories

Summary

The tender concerns the renewal of television lighting equipment and accessories in four lots: an extension for remotely controlled spotlights, static diffused lighting equipment and accessories, LED strips with power supplies and controllers, and a lighting set for studio and outside-location filming. Bidders may apply for one or more lots. The estimated total value is up to EUR 273,170 excluding VAT, and delivery must be completed within 60 days of the contract entering into force. The minimum warranty period is 24 months. To participate, the bidder must have experience in comparable deliveries during the last three years at the required value, be the manufacturer’s official warranty service provider or an authorised service partner, and provide the required registration, sanctions, cybersecurity and independent tender declarations. The tender must be submitted electronically in Latvian together with the technical and financial tender. The most economically advantageous tender will be determined on the basis of price, energy consumption, warranty period and delivery period.
