Tender detail
Materials for Woodworking and Restoration Study Programmes
Summary
The tender concerns the supply of materials, tools, accessories and other goods for woodworking and restoration study programmes. It is divided into nine lots, covering board and edge-finishing materials, sawn timber, furniture fittings, power tools, woodworking cutting tools and consumables, epoxy resins and pigments, restoration paints and supplies, restoration hand tools, and professional artists’ oil paints and brushes. A bidder may submit an offer for one, several or all lots, but each selected lot must be complete. The total maximum value of all lots is EUR 35,500 excluding VAT. The stated contract period is 24 months or until the relevant lot’s maximum amount is reached, whichever occurs first; however, the draft contract also states 12 months, so this point should be verified in the final tender documents. Delivery is to Kalpaka iela 1, Kuldiga, and delivery, packaging and unloading costs must be included in the prices. Offers are evaluated separately for each lot. The award criteria are the representative basket price including delivery (80 points), the uniform discount from the publicly available catalogue price (10 points), and the delivery period (10 points). The structured notice gives 21 September 2026 as the submission deadline. The bid must be submitted in Latvian, signed electronically by an authorised representative, and remain valid for 90 calendar days after the submission deadline.
