Fuel procurement for SIA “Līvānu dzīvokļu un komunālā saimniecība”

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of 95E petrol and diesel fuel for the contracting authority’s use at fuel stations in the city of Līvāni. Fuel is to be supplied using fuel cards around the clock, and the contract will run for one year or until the procurement contract amount is reached. The procurement is not divided into lots and alternative bids are not permitted. The bid must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 05:00. The bidder must prove its registration and right to retail the required petroleum products and demonstrate at least one comparable contract successfully completed during the previous three years. The bidder must also address the requirements concerning sanctions, goods originating in Russia or Belarus and evidence supporting historical fuel prices.
