Supply of vehicle tyres

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of vehicle tyres under a contract worth up to EUR 15,000 excluding VAT. The procurement is not divided into lots, and the contract is expected to run for 12 months. Orders must be supplied in batches within 14 calendar days, with delivery in Daugavpils. The winner will be selected solely on the basis of the lowest price, provided that the technical and qualification requirements are met. The required goods include agricultural, heavy-vehicle and other vehicle tyres in the specified sizes and quantities. Tyres must be new, unused, non-retreaded, manufactured in 2024 or later, compliant with European standards and the required ECE approval. Winter-use, M+S, load and speed index, tread-depth, fuel-efficiency, wet-grip and noise requirements apply depending on the tyre type. A minimum 24-month warranty is required. Bids must be submitted electronically by 24 September 2026 at 10:00. The bidder must provide registration evidence, relevant supply experience, references, financial turnover evidence, a technical bid and a financial bid. The offer must be prepared in Latvian, with certified Latvian translations for foreign-language documents.
