Purchase of workwear

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of workwear and sportswear for the contracting authority’s employees. The procurement is not divided into lots, and the bid must cover the complete requirement without variants. The maximum contract value is EUR 30,000 excluding VAT; the contract will run for 12 months or until the maximum value is reached, and deliveries must be made within no more than 60 calendar days after sizes and garment lengths have been agreed. The bid must be submitted electronically in the required format and in Latvian, with certified Latvian translations for documents submitted in another language. The supplier must provide a complete technical and financial bid, product samples, technical documentation and proof of OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 compliance or an equivalent standard. Evaluation is based on price (50 points), delivery time (10 points) and functional usability and quality assessed from the samples (40 points).
