Purchase of optical network modules

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of optical data transmission network modules, including SFP, SFP+, SFP28, QSFP+, SFP56, QSFP28 and QSFP56-DD modules, as well as related direct-attach and active optical cables. One contract will be awarded for the full scope, with a maximum value of EUR 100,000 excluding VAT. The contract may run for up to 38 calendar months, while deliveries must be made within 60 calendar days of each order and no later than the 37th month of the contract. The award decision is based on the lowest price among compliant tenders. The bidder must submit the complete technical and financial offer electronically by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. Products must be new, unused and intended for distribution in the European Union, meet the specified optical and compatibility requirements, and be covered by at least a 36-month warranty. The bidder must also provide the required registration, representation, sanctions, independent-tender and cybersecurity confirmations.
