Laboratory equipment supply

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of laboratory equipment in three lots: laboratory sterilizers with an estimated value of up to EUR 30,000, semi-automatic rotary microtomes up to EUR 60,000, and tissue processors up to EUR 30,000, all excluding VAT. A tender may be submitted for one or more lots, and the submission deadline is 5 October 2026. The bidder must supply new, compliant equipment and arrange transport, installation, testing and commissioning within four months of contract signature. The price must include all related costs. The supplier must also provide on-site training for at least three users, deliver the required documentation, provide a warranty of at least 24 months and respond to faults within no more than 24 hours. Tenders will be evaluated in each lot on price, energy consumption and warranty period. Price carries 85 points, energy consumption 5 points and the warranty period 10 points. The tender must be submitted electronically in Latvian together with the technical and financial offers and manufacturer documentation.
