Health insurance

Summary

The procurement concerns health insurance for approximately 400 employees for 12 months. The contract is not divided into lots and each bidder may submit only one tender without alternative technical or financial versions. The estimated contract value is EUR 120,000 excluding VAT, and the annual premium for the basic programme together with any additional programmes may not exceed EUR 300 per employee. The insurer must provide nationwide coverage in Latvia, including outpatient, inpatient, diagnostic, laboratory, rehabilitation, emergency and other services specified in the technical specification. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the Latvian e-procurement system in Latvian. The economically most advantageous tender will be selected on the basis of 100 points: medical services and payment conditions (60), programme content (17), increases to sub-limits (22), and the premium coefficient for relatives (1).
