Renovation of social housing in Smiltene municipality, phase 2

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of 12 social housing apartments in Smiltene municipality, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers apartments in Gaujiena, Palsmane and Variņi; Lot 2 covers apartments in Ape and Blome and also includes the renovation of one ring well. A bidder may submit an offer for one or both lots. Lot 1 is scheduled for 1 November 2026 to 30 April 2027, and Lot 2 for 1 January 2027 to 30 June 2027. The works include renovation, technical and construction work, waste removal, protection of residents and common areas, documentation, and compliance with applicable building regulations. The bidder must provide suitable staff, equipment and materials, hold coordination meetings every two weeks, document concealed works with photographs, and provide a 60-month works warranty. The contract in each lot will be awarded on the basis of the lowest total price excluding VAT. Offers must be submitted electronically in Latvian by 21 September 2026. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price excluding VAT within 15 days of signing the contract.
