Framework agreement for the supply of tyres

Summary

The tender covers the supply of passenger-car, commercial-vehicle, heavy-duty, trailer, tractor and forklift tyres for SIA “ZAAO” under a framework agreement. The agreement is planned for 24 months from 1 October 2026, or until the maximum amount of EUR 139,000 excluding VAT is reached, and no minimum order volume is guaranteed. The procurement is not divided into lots, so the tenderer must submit an offer for the entire requirement. Deliveries must generally be completed within no more than 5 working days after order confirmation, to the specified delivery locations in Valmiera, Cesis and Gulbene municipalities. Tyres must be new, unused, non-retreaded, compliant with EU standards, within the specified production-age limits, and covered by at least a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Used tyres must be accepted free of charge for disposal in quantities and with parameters corresponding to the tyres supplied. A qualifying tenderer may enter the framework agreement; individual supply contracts will be awarded through price consultations, normally to the lowest-priced compliant offer.
