Supply of used waste collection vehicles

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of two used low-emission waste collection vehicles for SIA “ZAAO”, divided into two lots. Lot 1 is for a vehicle for biodegradable waste collection, with an estimated value of EUR 20,000 excluding VAT; Lot 2 is for another low-emission waste collection vehicle, also estimated at EUR 20,000 excluding VAT. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, but only one financial bid may be submitted for each lot. The contract must be performed within 30 days of signing, and payment is made within 30 days after each delivery and receipt of the relevant invoice. The award criterion is the lowest total price excluding VAT for each lot, provided that the bid meets all requirements and is not abnormally low. Bids must be submitted electronically in the Latvian procurement system by 8 September 2026.
