Supply of wood pellets

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply and unloading of wood pellets for the needs of VSAC “Zemgale”. It is divided into two lots, and a tender may be submitted for one or both lots. The contracts will run for 12 calendar months, planned from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The total contract ceiling is EUR 270,000 excluding VAT: EUR 100,391.96 for Lot 1 and EUR 169,608.04 for Lot 2. The pellets must comply with ENplus A1 requirements and the specified technical parameters, including a diameter of 6–8 mm, length of 3.15–40 mm, moisture content of no more than 10%, calorific value of at least 4.6 kWh/kg and ash content of no more than 0.7%. Deliveries of 8–30 tonnes must be made within 5 working days of an order, with unloading included. Price is the only award criterion, based on the lowest total of unit prices. The tender must be submitted electronically in Latvian by 24 September 2026 at 00:00. No tender guarantee or performance security is required.
