Purchase of fuel at filling stations

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase of unleaded E95 petrol and diesel fuel through fuel cards at filling stations from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The indicative quantities are 10,000 litres of E95 petrol and 26,000 litres of diesel; the contracting authority does not guarantee that the full quantities will be purchased. The supplier must provide access to filling stations throughout Latvia, including at least one station in Saldus, and enable fuel purchases 24/7. The fuel must comply with applicable Latvian and EU requirements and standards LVS EN 228 and LVS EN 590. Offers must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026, and the award is based on the lowest discounted unit price per litre excluding VAT.
