Framework agreement for the supply, installation and warranty provision of meters for various engineering systems and data export modules at vocational education institutions and colleges

Summary

The tender concerns a 36-month framework agreement for supplying, installing and providing warranty coverage for heat meters, electricity meters, data export modules and related accessories used to monitor energy consumption in vocational education institutions and colleges across Latvia. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, but each selected lot must be offered in full and only one bid variant may be submitted per lot. The bid must be submitted electronically through the EIS e-tendering subsystem by 28 September 2026 at 10:00. No bid guarantee is required. The lowest-priced compliant bids will be selected, with up to 10 suppliers potentially selected per lot.
