Ship diesel fuel procurement

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of ship diesel fuel, divided into six lots corresponding to six Latvian ports: Riga Freeport, Liepāja SEZ, Ventspils Freeport, Salacgrīva, Mērsrags, and Pāvilosta. Projected annual volumes for 2027–2030 are specified for each lot. Proposals are submitted via the EIS e-procurement sub-system, and the award will be based on the lowest total cost per ton (excluding VAT). Deliveries must meet the technical specification and quality standards (NATO STANAG 1385 ed.8, ISO 8217) with MSDS provided for each batch.
