Continuous delivery of wood pellets – pellet for the 2026/2027 heating season for the Wl. St. Reymonta Agricultural Education Center in Dobryszycach

The tender concerns the continuous delivery of wood pellets for the 2026/2027 heating season to the Zespol Szkól Centrum Kształcenia Rolniczego im. Wł. St. Reymonta in Dobryszycach. The maximum quantity is 220 tons. Deliveries may be made in partial lots, each between 12 and 15 tons, Monday–Friday from 7:00 to 14:00, and must be completed within 120 hours of a request. Product specifications require diameter 6–8 mm, length 3.15–45 mm, bulk density 600–750 kg/m3, ash ≤0.7%, moisture ≤10%, and calorific value 16.50–19.50 MJ/kg. A DINplus or ENplus A1 certificate or an equivalent certificate is required for the delivered pellet, and a manufacturer quality statement along with the vehicle registration number must be provided with each delivery. The price is quoted per ton and in gross terms, with VAT included. The contract term is 12 months and payments are due within 30 days of receipt of a correct invoice. The purchaser reserves the right to adjust prices under defined conditions and to apply penalties for late deliveries or breaches of contract.
