Vehicle rental under an operating lease

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and rental of one new passenger vehicle under an operating lease for 60 months. The vehicle must be delivered within six months of contract entry into force to Ventspils. It must meet detailed technical requirements, including a 2026 or newer model year, no more than 50 km mileage, a petrol plug-in hybrid powertrain, at least 190 hp, eight seats, automatic transmission, front-wheel drive, EURO 6 compliance and CO2 emissions of no more than 200 g/km. The tender is evaluated on price (90 points), CO2 emissions (5 points) and delivery time (5 points), for a maximum of 100 points. Offers must be submitted electronically through the Latvian e-procurement system by 10 September 2026.
