Design and construction works to improve the indoor climate in the Vanagi buildings

Summary

The contract covers preparation of construction documentation and construction works to improve the indoor climate in buildings (001) and (002) at the Vanagi site in Vārve parish, Ventspils municipality. The design must follow the separately requested design brief, which contains restricted-access information. The documentation and works must be completed within 6 months of the contract taking effect. The offer must include all required work and priced estimate items, with a separate contingency reserve equal to 10% of construction costs; goods originating in Russia or Belarus are not permitted. The construction-quality warranty must be at least 3 years. Price is the only award criterion; if the lowest prices are equal, the longer warranty takes precedence. Offers must be submitted electronically through EIS in Latvian. No tender guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide contract-performance security equal to 10% of the contract price within 10 calendar days after the award decision is sent. The security must remain valid until at least 14 days after the works handover and acceptance certificate is signed. Participation requires the specified construction-sector registrations and classification, appropriately certified design and construction staff, and, where applicable, a work-safety coordinator.
