Supply of spare parts for machinery

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of spare parts for Getliņi EKO heavy vehicles under a framework agreement. The agreement will be concluded with all tenderers meeting the selection requirements and will run for 36 months or until the maximum value of EUR 150,000 excluding VAT is reached, whichever comes first; it may be extended by up to 12 months by written agreement. The procurement is not divided into lots, and one tender covering the full technical-specification scope must be submitted. Spare parts must be new, unused, original or of equivalent quality, and deliveries must be made to Kaudzīšu iela 57, Rumbula. The submission deadline is 21 September 2026. No tender guarantee is required. Subsequent orders under the framework agreement will be awarded through price enquiries, assessed by price, delivery time and warranty period.
