Procurement of health insurance services for employees

Summary

The tender concerns health insurance services for approximately 3,470 employees of Latvia’s Emergency Medical Assistance Service. The base programme may cost no more than EUR 750 per person per year and must provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient coverage, including a minimum annual insured sum of EUR 5,000 per person. The contract will run from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with a possible 12-month extension. Bids must be submitted electronically in Latvian by 24 September 2026. The economically most advantageous offer will be selected using a 100-point system based on coverage levels and reimbursement limits.
