Employees’ health insurance

Summary

The tender concerns health insurance services for approximately 180 employees of Smiltenes tehnikums. The insurance period is 12 months, the contract will cover the whole of Latvia, and the procurement is not divided into lots; bidders must submit an offer for the entire subject matter and may not submit variants. Offers must be submitted electronically in Latvian by 18 September 2026. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous offer according to the criteria in the technical specification. The price must include all taxes, duties and other service-related costs, and the contracting authority will not accept price increases caused by inflation or market changes.
