Employee health insurance

Summary

The tender concerns employee health insurance services for SIA “Rīgas 1.slimnīca”. The contract is planned for 12 months from October 2026, with coverage available throughout Latvia 24/7. The estimated number of insured employees is approximately 830, with possible variation of plus or minus 15%. The basic programme must provide at least EUR 4,000 of annual coverage per employee and include outpatient and inpatient care, diagnostics, laboratory tests, vaccinations and occupational health examinations. The insurer must also offer optional programmes for employees’ relatives and additional programmes paid by insured persons. Bids must be submitted electronically by 18 September 2026 at 10:00. The economically most advantageous tender is selected using 100 points covering premiums, exclusions, coverage limits and programme functionality.
