Procurement of food products

Summary

The tender covers the supply of food products in 13 lots: bread and bakery products, milk and dairy products, chicken and other meat, fish products, groceries, frozen products, fruit and vegetables, and eggs. A bidder may tender for one, several or all lots, but for each selected lot it must offer all products required by the technical specification. Deliveries will be made to the State Social Integration Agency in Jūrmala, provisionally from 28 October 2026 to 27 October 2028 or until the contract ceiling is reached. Price is the only award criterion for each lot, and the compliant tender with the lowest total price will be selected. The tender submission deadline is 16 September 2026. Products and transport must comply with applicable food-safety, hygiene, labelling and quality requirements. Invoices will be paid within no more than 20 working days.
