Diagnosis, repair and maintenance of Elevate Healthcare simulators, and supply of spare parts, moulage kits and accessories

Summary

The tender covers the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of Elevate Healthcare simulators, together with spare parts, moulage kits, accessories and related materials for the simulator systems listed in the technical specification. A framework agreement will be concluded for 36 months or until the total contract value of EUR 200,000 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first. Orders and services will be performed in Riga. The buyer may award one framework-agreement supplier for each procurement position. A bidder may submit an offer for one or more positions, but must cover the full scope of each selected position and may not submit variants. The price is the only award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically by 5 October 2026 at 10:00. Delivery is generally required within 60 days of an order. A trained and competent engineer must arrive within 48 working hours of a service call, provide a repair estimate and detailed cost breakdown within five working days, and complete the repair within 30 days of diagnosis. Goods require at least a three-month warranty and repair services at least a six-month warranty.
