Coastal cleaning by mowing aquatic plants and removing biomass

Summary

The tender concerns coastal cleaning at Lake Viesīte, Lake Marinzeja, Lake Laukezers and the Radži reservoir by mowing aquatic plants and removing the resulting biomass. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 must be completed by 20 September 2026, while Lot 2 covers measures to improve the condition of species and habitats in Laukezers Nature Park and Sauka and must be completed by 20 October 2026. Lot 2 will be contracted only if project funding is approved. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced compliant tender. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the Latvian EIS system, with the required application, financial tender, qualification evidence and technical tender. No tender guarantee is required.
