Maintenance and upkeep of areas in Sigulda Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the maintenance and upkeep of areas in Sigulda Municipality for 48 months. The work includes mowing and maintaining lawns, clearing leaves, winter maintenance including snow clearance and the application of anti-slip material, and sweeping paved surfaces. The procurement is divided into three lots: the Inčukalns, Gauja and Allaži areas; the Ragana and Sunīši areas; and the Lēdurga, Lode and Inciems areas. A bidder may tender for one or more lots. The estimated total value over four years is EUR 1,076,000 excluding VAT; the estimated values are EUR 360,000, EUR 340,000 and EUR 376,000 for Lots 1, 2 and 3 respectively. For each lot, bidders must submit separate technical and financial offers and demonstrate the required turnover, relevant experience and access to the required equipment. Prices are assessed across four work categories: lawn mowing and maintenance (30 points), leaf clearance (30 points), winter maintenance (30 points) and surface sweeping (10 points). Prices are quoted per unit, with 100 m² as the unit of measurement, and must include all costs except VAT. Offers must be submitted electronically in Latvian by the deadline stated in the contract notice.
