Purchase of Health Insurance Policies

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of employee health insurance policies for several Latvian public-sector organisations for the insurance period 1 January–31 December 2027. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers the National Health Service, Health Inspectorate, State Medicines Agency, Latvian Digital Health Centre, Latvian Anti-Doping Bureau, State Centre for Forensic Medicine and the Ministry of Health; Lot 2 covers the Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, State Blood Donor Centre and Paula Stradins Museum of the History of Medicine. A bidder may submit one offer for the full scope of either lot. The offer must include a compliant technical proposal and a financial proposal in euros excluding VAT, with no additional costs during contract performance. The submission deadline is 22 September 2026.
