Equipment for improving research infrastructure – Phase 1

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and installation of equipment for improving research infrastructure at Rīgas Stradiņa University. It is divided into two lots: a freeze-drying unit, estimated at EUR 75,206.61 excluding VAT, and an automated vertical diffusion cell system, estimated at EUR 90,082.65 excluding VAT. A bidder may submit an offer for one or both lots, but must cover the complete scope of the selected lot and may not submit variants. Offers must be submitted electronically by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. Delivery and installation must be completed within 90 calendar days for Lot 1 and 120 calendar days for Lot 2. Training for at least three employees must be provided within 14 calendar days after delivery and installation. The contract includes a minimum 24-month warranty, and the winning offer will be evaluated using price, warranty period and power consumption.
