Purchase of Various Laboratory Reagents, Chemical Reagents and Substances – Round 10

Summary

The tender covers the purchase of various laboratory reagents, chemical reagents and substances for Rīgas Stradiņa University. It is divided into two lots, and a bidder may submit an offer for one or both lots and for individual product positions. A framework agreement will be concluded for each lot for 36 months or until orders reach EUR 400,000 excluding VAT per lot, whichever occurs first. Price is the only award criterion, assessed per product position. The bidder must submit the required participation application, independent-offer declaration, technical offer and financial offer electronically by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. Products must meet the detailed minimum technical specifications, be new and unused, supplied in unopened original manufacturer packaging, and be supported by catalogue references, technical evidence and any required certificates. Delivery is due within 60 calendar days of an order, and the products must generally have at least 75% of the manufacturer’s maximum shelf life remaining at delivery, or at least 50% where the maximum shelf life is under three months.
