Procurement of cargo securing materials

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of cargo securing materials in two lots, including securing chains, straps, nets, metal strapping, tensioners and other accessories. A bidder may tender for one or both lots, but each tender must cover the full scope of the relevant lot and contain only one variant. A framework agreement will be concluded with one bidder for each lot for up to 48 months or until the maximum amount of EUR 125,165.29 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first. Deliveries will be made against individual orders to Biksēres iela 6 in Riga. The delivery period may be up to 60 calendar days from the order, and the period for replacing defective goods or remedying defects during the warranty period may be up to 30 calendar days. The bidder must be properly registered and submit a technical and financial tender, manufacturer’s technical documentation, and confirmations concerning sanctions and the origin of the goods. In each lot, the main award basis is the lowest evaluated price. No tender guarantee is required.
