Measurement equipment supply for the radio communication system (P25) devices parameter testing and tuning

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of measurement equipment for testing and tuning the devices of the radio communication system (P25). The supplier must provide base station (BS) and subscriber radio (AR) parameter measurement kits, including EMI measurement equipment, calibration certificates, power supplies and related accessories, all in accordance with the technical specification. The offer must include a technical and financial proposal with evidence of prior experience; qualifications must be demonstrated, including a 36-month warranty from delivery; the total price must be quoted in euros excluding VAT and cover all costs. The contract is to be performed in Riga and the procurement is conducted as an open competition IDC 2026/9.
