Summary

The procurement concerns reagents and accessories for minimal residual disease (MRD) diagnostics, divided into 19 lots. A bidder may submit an offer for one, several or all lots, but must cover every position within any lot selected; alternative offers are not permitted. The contract will run for 36 months or until the contract value is exhausted, whichever occurs first. Deliveries will be made in separate batches, normally within 14 days of each order, and payment will be made within 60 calendar days after the delivery note and invoice are signed. Offers must be submitted electronically through the Latvian procurement system by 21 September 2026. The lowest price excluding VAT is the award criterion for each lot.
