Rental of Multifunction Printers and Document Scanners

Summary

The State Land Service of Latvia is procuring a rental service for multifunction printers and document scanners for use throughout Latvia. The undivided procurement covers four types of multifunction printer, a document scanner and a large-format roll scanner for up to 60 months or until the contract ceiling of EUR 200,000 excluding VAT is reached, whichever comes first. The service includes delivery, installation, configuration, rental, maintenance, repairs, spare parts and consumables other than paper, as well as removal of the equipment at the end of the contract.
