Summary

The tender concerns the acceptance and servicing of fixed-term deposits of funds belonging to the Ventspils municipal administration or managed by it, in euros. A dynamic purchasing system is being established, and its duration was extended by a further 36 months through the amendment of 12 August 2026. The deposit amount and term will be specified in each individual invitation. The interest rate must be a fixed annual rate; no fee may be charged for opening or servicing the account required for the deposit, and interest must be paid monthly or at the end of the deposit term. The principal must be capable of being reduced or withdrawn in full before maturity without a penalty. In subsequent rounds, the economically most advantageous tender will be selected on the basis of the highest annual deposit interest rate. Participation is primarily suitable for compliant banks and bank branches.
