The concession covers setting up and operating the food and beverage area and drink sales points at the 2026 San Vito Fair in Ortelle, at the concessionaire’s full commercial risk. The concessionaire earns revenue from sales to the public and must provide, at its own expense, a tent with a gable roof measuring at least 10 × 70 metres, three drink kiosks each equipped with dispensing systems and a display fridge, and at least 75 table-and-bench sets. It must sell draft beer, mineral water and Coca-Cola on tap, and continuously clean and clear the tables throughout the event. The concessionaire must arrange electricity and water connections, dismantle the structures and restore the site within two days after the fair ends. The fair runs from 22 to 25 October 2026; the contracting authority will specify the technical days for setup and dismantling. The offer must exceed the concession-fee starting amount of €500; the highest increase wins. The submission deadline is 10:00 on 6 October 2026.
