Concession for managing and collecting Veglie’s unified property and market charges and public notice-posting service, 2027–2031

Summary

The Municipality of Veglie is granting a concession for 2027–2031 to manage and collect the local unified property charge covering occupation of public land and advertising displays, the market charge, and the public notice-posting service. The concessionaire will, among other duties, register liable objects and users, check declarations and payments, issue notices, carry out ordinary and compulsory collection, handle refunds and disputes, and maintain advertising and notice boards. It must also open a customer service office in Veglie and manage payments and records. The concession lasts five years and has an estimated total value of €91,476.34 excluding VAT. Bids will be evaluated on the best quality-price ratio: up to 80 points for the technical offer and 20 for the financial offer. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 4 November 2026. Participation requires evidence of the relevant registration, turnover of at least €60,000 and the specified previous experience; the detailed requirements are set out below.
