Management of services supporting the operation of Teatro della Fortuna in Fano

Summary

The Municipality of Fano, on behalf of the Teatro della Fortuna Foundation, is procuring the integrated management of services supporting the operation of Teatro della Fortuna and, where required, other venues used for the Foundation’s activities. The single-lot contract covers auditorium and cloakroom services, venue opening, closing and reception, promotion and distribution of publicity materials, ticket and subscription sales, stage crew and technical services, and café service. The initial term is three years, with options for a three-year renewal and an extension of up to six months; the estimated base value is €409,061.64 excluding VAT, and the maximum estimated value including options is €1,248,644.88.
