Saint-Malo dry port reinforced-concrete support beams and infrastructure works

Summary

SPL Bretagne Plaisance is procuring execution studies and construction works for the development of the Saint-Malo dry-port site as a single lot. The works include removing the canopy and its metal frame, earthworks and road surfacing, a stormwater network and infiltration structures, fencing and automatic gates, an approximately 15 m² modular building with foundations, electrical connections and external lighting, and six rows of reinforced-concrete support beams for boat-storage racks. The maximum contract duration is four months; supply and installation of the metal racks are covered by a separate contract.
