Passive thermal renovation works for IUT Metz buildings

Summary

The University of Lorraine is procuring passive thermal renovation works for the IUT Metz GMP building, Building H and the offices of its Technology Hall, aiming for energy performance comparable to the Enerphit passive standard. The estimated value is EUR 4 million, and the works are divided into nine lots: demolition and structural works, timber façades and external windows, external insulation and render, roofing and waterproofing, suspended ceilings, heating and ventilation, metalwork, electrical works, and photovoltaic installations. Lot 2 includes an optional replacement of wooden windows with PVC windows, and Lot 7 includes optional heating-system alterations.
