Public lighting maintenance and monitoring in Alsace

Summary

The European Collectivity of Alsace is procuring a single-lot, call-off framework agreement for maintenance and monitoring of its public lighting installations across Alsace. The work covers asset surveys and data updates, preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical inspections, on-call response, repairs, occasional civil engineering and the supply or removal of lighting and electrical equipment. The listed network comprises 490 operating and 2 non-operating light points, 295 supports and 13 control cabinets; the framework runs initially through 31 December 2027, with up to three one-year renewals through 2030 and a maximum total value of EUR 800,000 excluding VAT.
