Demolition and reconstruction of the Caen-la-Mer golf practice facilities

Summary

The Caen-la-Mer urban community is commissioning the demolition of the two existing practice facilities at the golf course in Biéville-Beuville and the construction of two new practice facilities and a set-back tee line. The works are expected to take four months. The procurement is divided into seven separately awarded lots: earthworks and roads, general construction and plumbing, demolition, landscaping, timber framing and cladding, steel-sheet roofing, and electrical works.
