Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines is procuring the operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, domestic hot water production and water-treatment installations in its buildings. The services include energy supply and management for the pellet-fuelled Domaine du Mérantais site, routine maintenance of technical equipment, pool maintenance and cleaning, legionella control, total equipment guarantees and planned renewals, and pool-water treatment.
