Maintenance and supply of first-response and emergency equipment for CY Cergy Paris Université

CY Cergy Paris Université is procuring maintenance, supply and installation of first-response and emergency equipment, including minor alterations, extensions and removals. The three lots cover the university’s Cergy-Pontoise and Neuville sites; its Pau site; and sites in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Antony, Gennevilliers, Argenteuil and Sarcelles. The contract combines preventive maintenance at a fixed price with order-based corrective maintenance, replacement parts and minor works. The estimated annual values are €323,000 for Lot 1, €61,000 for Lot 2 and €107,000 for Lot 3, excluding VAT; annual maximum values are €450,000, €90,000 and €150,000 respectively. The framework agreement may run for up to four years.
