Creation of general education programmes at Lycée Clément de Pémille in Graulhet

Summary

The Occitanie Region, through SPL ARAC Occitanie, is procuring extension and restructuring works at Lycée Clément de Pémille in Graulhet, planned to accommodate 750 students. The procurement is divided into 19 lots covering external roads and utilities, landscaping, demolition and hazardous-material removal, building structure and interior and exterior finishes, building services, and catering-kitchen equipment. The works include 2,770 m² of new usable floor area, refurbishment of existing spaces, demolition of 905 m² and improvement of outdoor areas; the project is planned in phases, with possible additional works for Lots 4 and 11.
