Summary

Grand Poitiers Central Purchasing Office is procuring veterinary and animal services in four lots for its members’ territory. The lots cover routine equine veterinary services (annual maximum of €55,500), specialist services for horses’ locomotor systems (€22,500), complementary animal medicine (€18,000), and routine veterinary services for animals other than horses (€165,000); amounts are excluding VAT. The procurement is a framework agreement expected to start in 2027, with up to three tacit renewals; the annual maximum for each lot applies to orders.
