Summary

The Departmental Council of Essonne is procuring the operation and maintenance of thermal installations in departmental buildings, excluding lower-secondary schools. The contract covers the operation and preventive and corrective maintenance of heating, domestic hot-water, air-conditioning and ventilation systems; major maintenance and renewal of equipment; and related works to bring equipment into compliance or improve it.
