Fuel and fuel-card supply in the Lorient Agglomération area

Summary

Lorient Agglomération’s purchasing organisation is procuring diesel, unleaded petrol and fuel cards under a single framework agreement for member municipalities and other affiliated organisations’ service vehicles, trucks, heavy goods vehicles and machinery. The agreement has one lot, an initial term of 12 months and three possible renewals; the expected quantity is 100,000 to 1,000,000 litres per year. Fuel will be dispensed using cards in the Lorient Agglomération area and throughout France. Optional services may include electric-vehicle charging and card-related services such as tolls, parking and AdBlue.
