Framework agreement for fuel supply, electric vehicle charging and related services

Summary

TABLES COMMUNES is procuring vehicle energy-supply cards, badges or digital means, together with related services, under a framework agreement covering mainland France. The procurement is divided into two lots: conventional fuels, AdBlue and related services; and electric vehicle charging and related services. Services include, among other things, card and transaction management, a management portal, reporting and vehicle washing; tolls, parking and shop purchases may also be included where specified in the tender documents. The contract is scheduled to start in 2027, with an initial term of 12 months and up to three extensions.
